Terms of service
Last updated June 1, 2026
These terms cover your use of ReplyBoost. By creating an account, you agree to them. We've kept them short and plain.
What ReplyBoost does
ReplyBoost sends a single reply-nudge email to each new user you tell us about, using your connected email provider, and tracks whether they reply. It is a deliverability tool. It is not a bulk sender or marketing platform, and you agree not to use it to send unsolicited mass email.
Your responsibilities
You're responsible for having permission to email the people you add, for the content of your nudge, and for complying with anti-spam laws (such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR) and your email provider's terms. You must keep your account credentials secure.
Acceptable use
Don't use ReplyBoost to send spam, phishing, or deceptive email; to impersonate others; or to circumvent your provider's sending limits. We may suspend accounts that do, to protect the deliverability of every other customer.
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Paid plans start with a 14-day trial and no card is required to begin. You can cancel anytime from Settings; your plan stays active until the end of the current period and does not auto-renew after cancellation.
Availability & liability
We work hard to keep ReplyBoost running, but the service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms; if we make a material change, we'll let you know by email. Questions? Email support@replyboost.com.
