This page explains what ReplyBoost collects, why, and how we protect it. It is written to be read, not to hide behind legalese. If anything here is unclear, email privacy@replyboost.com.
What we collect
Account data you give us: your name, email address, and workspace name. Product data we generate: which signups received a nudge, whether they replied, and aggregate reply-rate metrics. We do not build advertising profiles and we never sell your data.
Your provider API keys
To send nudges, you connect your own Resend, Postmark, or Mailgun account. Those keys are encrypted at rest and used for exactly one purpose: sending the reply nudge you configure. We never send marketing from your account, and you can rotate or remove a key at any time from Settings — removal takes effect immediately.
Your users' data
When you fire a signup webhook, you send us a user's email address and (optionally) name. We store it only to send and track that single nudge. If a user asks to be removed, or you delete a project, the associated records are deleted.
Subprocessors
We rely on a small number of infrastructure providers (hosting, database, and your chosen email provider) to run the service. We do not share your data with anyone else.
Your rights
You can export or delete your data at any time. Cancelling your account removes your workspace and its records. Email privacy@replyboost.com for any access, correction, or deletion request.
